    What's included

    4 x weekly outdoor classes.

    Fun, friendly and guaranteed to release those happy hormones – enjoy a fun fitness blast, that can easily fit into your busy day. Plus, a great chance to get social again – we’ve all missed that!

    Our outdoor sessions come perfectly packaged into a compact and highly effective 30 minute full body workout, combining a mix of HIIT and circuit training, using both body weight exercises and equipment such as kettlebells and resistance bands.

    We are a small group personal training gym, so our passionate and welcoming chick coaches are on hand to ensure you get the best out of every session – offering valuable coaching along the way.

    Join us for up to 4 outdoor (30 min) classes per week:

    • Monday: 7:15am
    • Tuesday: 7:45pm
    • Friday: 7:15am & 6:45pm

    Location: Princes Park

    A consultation with a Chick Coach

    We will arrange an online consultation so we can get to know you a little better before your first session. We'll explore what we can do for you and generate a personalised success strategy for your 4 weeks with us.

    Weekly run club every Thursday evening

    We have one run club session per week, your chance to build cardio fitness, whilst having fun and taking in some fresh & healthy sea air.

    • Thursdays at 7:45pm

    Location: opposite Fusciardi’s on Marine Parade

    A dedicated all-female coaching team

    One of our team will be your assigned fitness coach and will be on hand whenever you need them, to help you stay on track.

    Body Composition Analysis

    Have a full body screening using our cutting edge ACCUNIQ body composition analyser. With results you can trust, understanding your body better, (inside and out), will help to create smart fitness goals – all trackable and achievable!

    PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

    Begin your registration by paying for your first 4 weeks online. You’ll get confirmation and a receipt by email.

    ARRANGE YOUR CONSULTATION & BODY ANALYSIS

    You will receive an email from us to arrange your consultation and body analysis (don't forget to check your spam and junk folders - just in case). Your 4 weeks with us begins on the day of your consultation.

    BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

    During your consultation we will set you up on our booking system. You will get your own personal login so you can start booking your sessions.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do I have to be fit?

    No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Your fitness goals are unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

    New to fitness or not? It doesn’t matter, our classes inside and outside the gym are for any shape, size, fitness level or ability. The aim is to get you feeling, strong, motivated and back to feeling more YOU again.

    What if I have aches, pains or injuries?

    No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

    What happens after my first 4 weeks?

    You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals you can sign up for another 4 weeks. Our Outside The Box sessions will run until June.

    There is also the option to sign up for a full Chick membership trial, where you will have access to our full workout schedule (outdoor and in gym) and many other exclusive chick member benefits.

    What if I sign up for then change my mind?

    At your consultation, if you decide this isn’t for you we will refund your money.
